Position Summary:Project Fellows/Associates will be responsible for implementing projects, tracking metrics,collecting feedback from teachers and students, and supporting the overall functioning ofOperations. She/he will report to a Program Manager in the Operation Team.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage on-field implementation of programs in the schools, working in closecoordination with Govt School teachers and Avantis Program Managers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the district officials, school principals,teachers and students. Work closely schools to ensure smooth program implementation. Providing required tech/non-tech support to teachers and students . Be the part of multiple whatsapp groups of assigned schools (Grade 9-12) and engagewith students for online learning systems after school. Regular field visits(School visits) for observation and implementation of the project. Actively track engagement and learning metrics to ensure students are on track toachieving their learning goals about classroom and test performance on Avantis onlinelearning management system. Set up feedback mechanisms with officials and stakeholders and consistently collectfeedback to gauge success and suggest improvements. Capture success stories and learning from operations of the program Assessment implementation in assigned districts. Work with 2-3 districts DIET and ensure program implementation.Requirements: Education: BSC./MSC./B.Ed/B.Tech/B.E/Graduation or equivalent required Experience: At least 1 year of work experience (Preferred in development sector) Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving ability Effective communication skills, both spoken and written Relationship building and stakeholder management skills Google sheets/docs/PPT and report making Personality traits: Deeply care about education and have empathy towards students from low income groups

Responsible for organizing the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and drivers. Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods from the warehouse. Maximizing the space usage within the warehouse.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse executive/Sr. executive will oversee warehouse inventory and staff.Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.Receipt of Raw Material, Packing Material and general items and make inventory.Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.Indent for material to make sufficient stock and inventory as needed.Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.Planning the daily activities to achieve the target as per planning.Able to do Finished Goods dispatches in a timely manner and according to schedule.Schedule materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.Requirements:- Familiarity with warehouse management systemsStrong Supervisory skillsAbility to anticipate and resolve problemsExcellent organization skills and attention to detailPrior experience with a bonded warehouse is a plusStrong communication and writing skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
