Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Automate regular reports and develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reporting formats. Coordinate with different departments to gather data and ensure timely report submissions. Assist in data audits and provide support for internal and external reporting requirements. Handle ad hoc data requests and generate customized reports as needed. Troubleshoot reporting issues and recommend improvements in reporting systems.Requirements: Bachelors degree. 12 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and time management skills.

(Standard Report) Revised Inventory allocation based on weekly Avails report shared by Ops team. (Adhoc Report) Based on the promotional activity run by Marketing team and Avails and future inward revised the sales forecast plan by SKU by Region. (Adhoc report) Update Performance tracker by category in each channel for Marketing Team (Standard Report) Update and share the sales targets vs. Achievement report on Shipping and POS parameters with management and sales team. Update the YTD vs LYTD General Trade review file (Focus Brands, Primary, Secondary, TGT vs. Ach) for Trade Head presentation post end of Month
