We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a background in B.Pharma or B.Sc. The role is full-time and will require working from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Promote Products: You will be responsible for showcasing and promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about benefits and usage.- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to create trust and secure regular prescription support for our products.- Conduct Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals to discuss product details and gather feedback.- Monitor Sales Performance: Keep track of sales figures and report regularly to management on performance and market conditions, helping shape future sales strategies.- Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of medical products, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed support to clients.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must be proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. The ability to negotiate and persuade is essential for success in this role. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage time effectively and meet sales targets. Job Summary1.Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.2. Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue.3. Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff; building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.4. Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.)5. Keeping detailed records of all contacts.6. Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.7.
