- Key Responsibilities:1. Perform medical laboratory tests: Conduct various laboratory tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.2. Maintain laboratory equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is in good working condition, calibrate and maintain instruments as necessary, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.3. Record and analyze test results: Record all laboratory test results accurately, analyze data, and prepare reports for healthcare professionals to aid in patient care.4. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, and prevent any hazards in the laboratory.5. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results, and contribute to the overall patient care process.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background in relevant field: Possess a degree in BDS, BAMS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.Tech, BVSC, M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MVSC to meet the educational requirements for this position.2. Knowledge of medical laboratory testing: Familiarity with medical laboratory tests and procedures, as well as experience in conducting such tests, is necessary for this role.3.
