As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, and maintaining electric scooters to ensure they operate at peak performance. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of electric scooters and identify potential problems. Collaborate with Service Advisors to understand customer concerns and communicate repair needs. Order and maintain accurate records of parts and materials required for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the proper handling and disposal of materials. Test repaired scooters to verify proper functionality and safety. Keep up-to-date with electric vehicle technology and industry trends. Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
