Mechanical Technician

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for motivated and skilled Service Technicians to join our team at SRK E-Venture. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, and maintaining electric scooters to ensure they operate at peak performance. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of electric scooters and identify potential problems.

€¢ Collaborate with Service Advisors to understand customer concerns and communicate repair needs.

€¢ Order and maintain accurate records of parts and materials required for repairs.

€¢ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the proper handling and disposal of materials.

€¢ Test repaired scooters to verify proper functionality and safety.

€¢ Keep up-to-date with electric vehicle technology and industry trends.

€¢ Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.

€¢ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
