We are looking for 10 Draughtsman Mechanical Posts in Turbhe, with deep knowledge in AutoCAD Drafting & who are from the mechanical background. Candidate must have hands on experience and practise on AutoCAD and must be familiar with all commands.

Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations. Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals. Issuance of RFI Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentationDesired Candidate profile Working knowledge of 3D design software Autocad, Revit Attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience

Knowledge of Production Process. Knowledge of Fabrication. Efficiency to make decisions and problem solving. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other department to achieve production deadlines. Ensure safety in factory and meet relatable compliances aligned with factory. Excellent leadership quality and able to manage workforce.

Job Description :* Carrying out detailed study of customer's house using site survey images and other input documents provided by client.* Design of array layout on AutoCAD for roof mount and ground mount solar installation.* Selection of appropriate solar panels, inverter and battery as per customer requirement.* Determining appropriate interconnection method of Solar PV system to customer's existing electrical service panel and representing it in electrical line diagram.* Selection of appropriate racking structure depending on roof type and ground mount installation.* Sizing of conductors, disconnects and conduit as per the applicable electric code.* Creating equipment specification sheets for every installation.* Following checklist to ensure design precision and quality.* Generating bill of materials according to project requirements.SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :* Strong 2D AutoCAD skills, knowledge of layer management, XREFs manipulation, etc.* Sound Knowledge of CAD 2D design and drafting techniques drawing, graphics arts, reading of drawings.* Basic Solar & Electrical Knowledge.* Basic understanding of drafting principles.* Strong Math skills.* Professional and efficient English verbal and written communication skills.* High attention to details and effective organization.* Skill in reading, interpreting, and using related documents and drawings prepared by others.
