It comprises of two main units: Sidhakala Engineers (Bhosari plant); Sidhakala Industries (Chakan plant)Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor degree (Engineering) Over 5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer in Sheet Metal Press Part- Press Tool Design Specialist in manufacturing company or a similar role. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Experience with Design Software (AutoCad, Catia, Cimatron ). Hands on experience of Sheet Metal Blank development.Key Responsibilities: Design of sheet metal Dies (press tools) for New Product development, Welding fixtures, relation gauges. Control a group of draughts men.-Checking drawings, BOMs. Ensure correctness of the documents prepared.-Preparation of Drawings and BOMs.-Preparation of models using 3D softwares like Autodesk Inventor.-Preparation of piping layouts, piping drawings in AutoCAD / Plant 3D, preparation of piping isometric.-Making Design calculations.-Selection of bought out components.-Co-ordination with manufacturing for discrepancies and deviations.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, material, design concepts.Responsible for designing engineering projects related to Automation, Material Handling Systems, Special purpose machines.
