Architectural CAD Drafter - AutoCADFull Job DescriptionOur firm is looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to work on a wide range of residential single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. This person will work directly with the Principal, assisting with conceptual design, preparation of construction drawings, and assembly of quality presentation drawings.Responsibilities:Prepare technical drawings, renderings and sketches for the design architect and project stakeholdersPrepare site plans based on survey of the property, documenting details and applying basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler) informationConduct occasional on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans, and refine the technical drawings based on comments from the design architect, project manager and clientsRead blueprints and develop working drawings from concepts under limited supervisionDraw building elevations and transform them into representation drawingsQualifications:MINIMUM:Associate degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD draftingAt least 3+ years of experience with advanced AutoCAD skillsHighly attentive to details, accuracy, and visual aestheticGood communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and consultantsWork independently to firms CAD standardsProficiency with MS Office softwareProvide resume and work samples in PDF formatPREFERRED:Degree or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting5+ years of work experienceKnowledge of New Jersey State Code and Zoning RegulationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environmentWorking skills with Sketch Up and Revit

Requirement of Design and drafting engineerNature of work: Drafting of Train schematics, coach layouts, Cable routing drawings, equipment layouts, and general arrangements etc. in AutoCAD software and 3D modeling in Autodesk Inventor software.Location : BangaloreMinimum qualification: ITI or Diploma in each grade of Electrical/ Electronic respectively and at least 1 year experience in AutoCAD/ Autodesk Inventor.
