POSITION : SR.DESIGN ENGINEER CIVIL & STRUCTURALA. Job Description1. Perform and produce Engineering deliverables by carrying out analysis and design calculations using appropriate software.2. Maintenance of record prints, check prints, commented prints and drawings/checklists.3. Upload the native files, as per WBS, in the Native file Server.4. Allocate appropriate works and provide necessary Engineering inputs to draftsmen and Designers.5. Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings.6. Review & approval of vendor design & drawing7. Conduct SPR review session8. Prepare list of deliverables & engineering designs/deliverables with due emphasis on safety aspects and QMS norms.9. Maintain project specific records like input, check print, check list etc. 10. Working under guidance of RIL Managers.11. Adherence to committed schedule and preparation of monthly progress report.12. Quality assurance: Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents as required for project scope of work.13. Preparing / checking of designs & MTO / SOQ.14. Checking and issue of IFC drawings pertaining to his project.15. Regularly checking and reviewing 3D model, through SPR/other model reviewer to make it clash- free.16. Compilation of Data Bank/Documents.17. Field Engineering.18. Field engineering support and SER closure.B. Skills and Competencies1. Familiarity with working in 3D environment.2. Proficiency in StaadPro software is must.3. Proficient in understanding the scope of works and subsequently assist in estimation of man-hour requirement for assigned projects.4. Technical competence and awareness of leading design codes, standards of general civil underground works so as to coordinate technical issues with client / other departments during course of the project.5. Working in a Quality Environment.6. Innovative and continuously seeks new efficient ways to perform tasks for delivering quality work.7. Team player & has good communication & presentation skills.

Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.

Key Responsibilities : - Provide training for the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software & practical lab assistance to registered participants.-Present the presentations in college or corporates in seminars.-Follow the course syllabus and training methodology standards set up by the company.-Support the sales team to introduce and suggest courses applicable to the inquiry.-Coordinate with management and admin team to ensure course progress till completion.-Should be able to guide the students positively.Desired Candidate Profile : -Completed Diploma / Bachelors in Engineering in Civil/Architecture-Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience can apply.-Should be good in communication skills with a pleasant personality.-Knowledge / certification in any or few of the following software: AutoCAD / Revit Architecture / 3dsMAX / Revit MEP / STAAD Pro/ Google Sketch up, Lumion.-Excellent Communication.

Roles And Responsibility :1. Provide training for the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software & practical lab assistance to registered participants where batch size can be 1 to 8 participants. After gaining experience, larger college or corporate batches could be allotted.2. Follow the CADD Centre course syllabus and training methodology standards.3. Support the sales team to introduce and suggest courses applicable to the inquiry.4. Coordinate with management and admin team to ensure course progress till completion.Desired Candidate Profile :1. Completed Diploma / Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical).2. Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience can apply.3. Should be good in communication skills with a pleasant personality.4. Knowledge / certification in any or few of the following software: AutoCAD / CATIA / SolidWorks / ANSYS / Revit Architecture / 3dsMAX / Revit MEP / STAAD Pro.5. Excellent Communication.6.
