Job Summary ��

Façade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the façade system.

Job Description -

�� Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.

�� Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings

�� Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.

�� Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades

�� Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.

�� Issuance of RFI

�� Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required

�� Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget

�� Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation

Desired Candidate profile ��

�� Working knowledge of 3D design software �� Autocad, Revit

�� Attention to detail & accuracy

�� Ability to work to tight deadlines

�� Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge

�� Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience
