job summary ��

façade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the façade system.

job description -

�� preparation of material take off drawings and quantifying details for tendering.

�� prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings

�� preparing material take off for awarded projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.

�� providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades

�� preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.

�� issuance of rfi

�� monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with clients, project engineers/leaders and update drawings as required

�� coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget

�� coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation

desired candidate profile ��

�� working knowledge of 3d design software �� autocad, revit

�� attention to detail & accuracy

�� ability to work to tight deadlines

�� fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge

�� knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience
