Experience - 1 to 5 years

Qualification - Graduation/ BE//Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/

Job Summary -

Façade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the façade system.

Job Description -

- Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering.

- Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings

- Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations.

- Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades

- Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals.

- Issuance of RFI

- Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required

- Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget

- Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentation

Desired Candidate profile -

- Working knowledge of 3D design software - Autocad, Revit

- Attention to detail & accuracy

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge

- Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience
