We are looking for a responsible Packing & Dispatch Executive to handle packing, labeling, and preparation of pharmaceutical products for delivery. The role involves ensuring proper packaging, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating with delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Pack pharmaceutical/vaccine products safely according to company guidelines.

Ensure correct labeling, batch numbers, and documentation on packages.

Prepare shipments for courier/transport dispatch.

Maintain proper hygiene and handling standards for medical products.

Check invoices and delivery challans before dispatch.

Coordinate with delivery drivers or courier partners.

Maintain records of dispatched packages.

Keep the packing area clean and organized.
