Role Description:Assist Operations Team for fair and smooth conduct of LAN Based Assessments, Digital Marking, Training Program across different geography.Monitor and manage technical preparations for smooth conduct of exams. Ensuring timely availability of technical resources across all venues.Ensuring availability and deployment of IT Managers across all venues as per ratio, on the day of exam. Provisioning of additional IT Managers to manage any exigencies.Tracking of different milestones and highlighting potential issues that may impact overall delivery.Creation of relevant SOPs, Procedure Manuals, Handbooks and regularly updating them based on current technical updates.Raising of Incidents and tracking them till closure for technical issues faced.Conducting mock prior to exam days for system compatibility checks & project specific objectives at drive level.Audits on exam days to assess the code of conduct.Arranging de-briefing sessions to provide feedback and share audit observations.Generating and sharing of reports with all concerned stakeholders.Carrying out IT security risk and threat analysis on regular basis to prepare plan to counter the deviations. Implementation of corrective & preventive actions to avoid recurrence.Designing and Developing of KRIs & KPIs to track performance considering the current requirements.
