Opening For IT Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to manage our technology team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and hold a Master’s degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Leadership:** Oversee the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project completion and skill development among team members.

- **Project Management:** Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.

- **Technical Support:** Act as the main point of contact for technical issues, resolving problems swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

- **System Maintenance:** Ensure the maintenance and improvement of existing IT systems and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that address their challenges.

- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs within the team and arrange for relevant skills development programs to keep the team updated with the latest technologies.
