The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, Intermediate computer knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and be comfortable handling customers, billing, inventory and general store operations.Key Responsibilities*Store & Retail Operations* - Handle daily customer walk-ins and assist customers with product selection.- Manage billing and customer transactions using billing software.- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.- Handle stock loading and unloading.- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, organized and maintained.- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the store.*Cash & Daily Reconciliation*- Handle daily cash collections.- Perform daily cash reconciliation.- Share required sales/cash updates through WhatsApp.*Inventory & Vendor Coordination*- Monitor stock count and identify replenishment requirements.- Coordinate with vendors for placing purchase orders.- Coordinate product returns and replacements with suppliers.- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming stock.- Local Deliveries: Extra income, Coordinate and execute local customer deliveries within the surrounding area when required.*Preferred*- Previous experience in retail, store operations or customer service.- Experience using MargBooks or other billing/POS software.- Experience handling inventory or stock management.- Previous experience in a supermarket, pharmacy or medical inventory environment is an advantage.- Freshers are welcome to apply with experience in the above 6+ months.
