*Job Description*

Pet Collective is a retail pet store for food & accessories in south Goa, Majorda. We are looking for an immediate joinee who should be responsible, customer-oriented to manage day-to-day retail operations at our store in Majorda, Goa.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, Intermediate computer knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and be comfortable handling customers, billing, inventory and general store operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Store & Retail Operations*

- Handle daily customer walk-ins and assist customers with product selection.

- Manage billing and customer transactions using billing software.

- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Handle stock loading and unloading.

- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, organized and maintained.

- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the store.

*Cash & Daily Reconciliation*

- Handle daily cash collections.

- Perform daily cash reconciliation.

- Share required sales/cash updates through WhatsApp.

*Inventory & Vendor Coordination*

- Monitor stock count and identify replenishment requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors for placing purchase orders.

- Coordinate product returns and replacements with suppliers.

- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming stock.

- Local Deliveries: Extra income, Coordinate and execute local customer deliveries within the surrounding area when required.

*Preferred*

- Previous experience in retail, store operations or customer service.

- Experience using MargBooks or other billing/POS software.

- Experience handling inventory or stock management.

- Previous experience in a supermarket, pharmacy or medical inventory environment is an advantage.

- Freshers are welcome to apply with experience in the above 6+ months. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

*Work Schedule*

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Store Timing: 9:00AM to 9:00 PM

- Shift: From 9:00 AM onwards

- Break: 1-hour rest/lunch break

- Minimum Commitment: 6 months
