Team leadership and technician supervision

Service scheduling and job allocation

Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting knowledge

Spare parts and inventory management

Warranty claim handling

Service revenue and profitability management

Customer complaint resolution

MIS reporting and KPI monitoring

Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Industry: Automobile dealerships, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, EV service centers.

Experience: 3-10+ years in automotive service operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Qualification: Diploma/./ in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
