Handling Objections:Overcome resistance: Address customer concerns, doubts, or objections related to premiums, coverage, or any other aspects.Negotiation: In some cases, negotiate premiums, payment terms, or other policy features.6. Customer Service:Answer queries: Address any questions or doubts regarding existing policies.Provide support: Assist with claims or provide additional details about the policy.7.
