Job Summary:The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within the guest house. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking rooms to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.Key Responsibilities: Room Cleaning: o Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.o Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.o Vacuum and mop floors.o Dust furniture and fixtures.o Empty trash cans and replace liners.o Restock supplies, such as toiletries and stationery. Public Area Cleaning: o Clean and sanitize public areas, such as living areas. o Sweep and mop floors.o Dust furniture and fixtures.o Empty trash cans and replace liners. Laundry: o Collect and sort dirty linens.o Wash, dry, and fold linens according to company standards.o Distribute clean linens to appropriate areas. Other Duties: o Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.o Follow all safety and security procedures.o Adhere to company policies and procedures.o Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
