Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment (Sourcing to Joining) with experience in the non-ITindustry(Pharma-Manufacturing). Experience in Stakeholder engagement. Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must-have). Knowledge of professional and social media usage (Must-have). Head Hunting Skills (good to have). Positive attitude towards work (Must Have). Ability and willingness to learn new skill sets (Must Have). Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated of various developments in targetedindustries (Must Have). High target and delivery orientation (Must-have). Proficient in use of Excel and Word (Must-have).

1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR department2. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.3. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.4. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement5. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates6. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate7. Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.8. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees medical insurance policies9. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee10. Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.11. Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them12. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination13. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval14. Organising training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties
