Its a Field Job in which around 20 -30 kms per day travelling will be their. Working Hours - 10 to 7.

Roles and Responsibilities : -Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, firewall, router, printer etc.Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must be required.Troubleshooting problems related to PC, Printers/Scanner, Local Area Network, Mail Configuration, Data Migration etc.Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google drive etc.Resolving queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined areas.Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem.Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine.Providing assistance on Windows Power Shell, setting up Network Printer/Scanner, DataRecovery, Local Lan Setup (Punching IO, Crimping Cat6 Cables along with Wall Mounted.Issues/Problems.Back Up Management.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConfiguring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, and knowledge of Splicing, Crimping, ONT configuration. etc)Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsMonitor performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningProvide support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructureSelect and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security teamLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionDesigning and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networksInstalling, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCPProcuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installationConfiguring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and securityMaximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshootingArranging scheduled upgradesInvestigating faults in the networkUpdating network equipment to the latest firmware releasesReporting network status to key stakeholdersDesired Candidate ProfileBCA/BCS/BSc in computers, ITI or any Course in Hardware & Networking, Any Graduate in related subjectProven hands-on network engineering experienceDeep understanding of networking protocolsSolid understanding of the TCP/IP model and other Networking modelsHands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

Resident Engineer of sound knowledge of computer hardware including networking , router installation printer installation and software installation & troubleshootingtiming at site 8am to 3.30 pm.
