Active directory (AD DS). DHCP and DNS management. Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 8, 7, XP ). Software Installations and Troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problems, network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup.Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems. Installation and Configuring of wireless Data cards in users Laptops. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. Monitoring of virus issues through Trend Micro protection antivirus. Good experience in configuring & troubleshoot Wifi Routers. Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve Installation of windows application.
