The GIS Expert will be responsible for all aspects of GIS Data Management, Data Verification, Analysis and visualization within the organization. This will involve working with a variety of spatial datasets, utilizing GIS software to perform spatial analysis, Data Verification and creating maps and reports to communicate findings, well equipped with the QA& QC procedures for to verify the data quality. Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Remote Sensing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in GIS data development, data management and analysis/verification (QA/QC). Proficiency in GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS, any other open source GIS tool will be advantage added Strong understanding of spatial analysis techniques and cartography.
