Location: DubaiWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This position involves a balanced work environment, with 50% of the time spent on-site and 50% in the office. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution, and managing necessary approvals.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities and schedules with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection and management.Manage and track project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and approvals.Facilitate communication between team members, sub contractors, suppliers and external partners.Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on status and milestones.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of construction processes and regulations is a plus.

Required Site Supervisor to Handle Interior Projects On Pan India Basis I.e. in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and other Places

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Supervisor to report to our Senior Supervisor. As an Assistant Supervisor, your duties will include recruiting new employees and conducting training sessions, monitoring job performance metrics, and relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.
