Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related accessories.Perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.Conduct site surveys and prepare material requirements for new installations.Manage wiring, cabling, and connectivity for CCTV and access control systems.Provide technical support and resolve client issues on-site or remotely.Maintain documentation of installation and service reports.Coordinate with the sales and service teams for project completion.Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a HVAC Project Engineer, one is tasked with several critical responsibilities that ensure the smooth execution and completion of HVAC projects. These include:Designing HVAC systems that meet the requirements of the project while adhering to budgets and timelines.Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and architects to integrate HVAC systems into overall project designs.Preparing, reviewing, and approving technical documents, drawings, and specifications.Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of systems and recommending energy-efficient solutions.Managing project schedules, resource allocation, and budget to ensure projects are completed within the established parameters.Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates and gather feedback.Key Tasks and DutiesIn addition to overarching responsibilities, HVAC Project Engineers are expected to perform specific tasks which include:Utilizing software for the design and simulation of HVAC systems.Performing load and energy calculations to determine system requirements.Sourcing equipment, materials, and labor necessary for project implementation.Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.Troubleshooting system-related issues during and post installation.Maintaining accurate project documentation and logs for all project details.
