PoSP Recruitment & Business Targets The incumbent would be responsible to Identify, Asses and Recruit IRDA approved PoSP agent from the market on an ongoing basis. Achievement of business targets from preferred lines of business. Team Management and Development Ensure that PoSP undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs. Ensure regular updates are available and accessible by PoSPs. Increase engagement of PoSP to ensure retention and activation. Should possess good interpersonal skills to develop rapport with the PoSPs.
