To liaise with contractor for any malfunctions detected in EPABX and the system software. To give appointments to patients after consulting the Doctors/technicians. In case of delay, to inform the patient and brief appropriately. To check the payment voucher for the investigation to be done. To fill up the data sheets and handover it to the technicians. To guide the patients for different investigations. In case of any complaints, to take it to concerned authorities. In-patient requests to be monitored and to complete the test on time. To arrange for in-house transport if necessary. To see that the patients films and reports are dispatched to the dispatch counter at the proper time.
