Maintain coating quality and minimize defects like orange peel, pinholes, or uneven coating6. Control powder usage and reduce material wastage7. Ensure proper curing temperature and cycle time in ovens8. Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet dispatch timelines9. Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and report major issues10. Maintain daily production and quality records11. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE12. Train and guide workers for best coating practicesRequired Skills1.
