Powder Coating Foreman - Lalru Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily powder coating operations and shop floor workers

2. Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, phosphating) before coating

3. Monitor powder coating application for uniform thickness and finish

4. Oversee operation of spray guns, booths, and curing ovens

5. Maintain coating quality and minimize defects like orange peel, pinholes, or uneven coating

6. Control powder usage and reduce material wastage

7. Ensure proper curing temperature and cycle time in ovens

8. Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet dispatch timelines

9. Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and report major issues

10. Maintain daily production and quality records

11. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE

12. Train and guide workers for best coating practices

Required Skills
