Required for well reputed MNC Food industry, *GMR & D and REGULATORY*ORGANISATION CONTEXT:*Position Title: AGM R & D and Regulatory (HOD*Job Family: R & DBand /Grade: SM-2 *Location* Manesar, HaryanaReports to Director Span of Control: 5Jobs Reporting into: 5*Salary:* up to 40,000,00/- per annum*ROLE OBJECTIVE:*Leading the R & D and Regulatory functions, introducing new / unique sustainable food products, improvement in existing one etc.*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**R & D*Collaborating with cross functional team to plan, built and launch new, sustainable food products in line with the organisation business plan.Recipe formulation and standardization, Re-engineering of launched recipes/productsProcess improvement. Development of formulations with the alternative raw materials and cost effectivenessConducting trials and presentations of product to the clients. Providing technical support to the Chefs for the implementation of the new recipes. Conducting shelf life study for the new products developed Sensory evaluation of the R&D trials for shortlisting and finalizing the products and flavour optionsDevelopment of client and company relation for the new ingredient selection and procurement. Development of new vendors for the existing / new ingredients via profiling, product application and comparison with the existing ones.Establishing NPD lab design, equipment setup*Regulatory*Establishing Structured Scientific Regulatory Affairs System for Interpretation and Risk assessment of Regulatory standards applicable to organisation. Establishing Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs process across manufacturing unit, 3P Supplier and Supply chain.To provide direction and formulate policies on Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
