Job Summary:
Production & Tissue culture of Mushrooms, Quality control, Maintaining of records & Registers for
start-up based in Food & Nutraceutical Industry.
Job Responsibility:
Undertake production using tissue culture of mushrooms
Raw material and packing material purchase, including testing of raw-materials and finished
goods and inventory management
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, company policies, procedures, specifications and
their documentation
Developing new product formulations, calculate BOM, make Manufacturing Process, product
SOPs, MSDS
Create and share detailed production reports, inventory reports as per regulations and share
summaries through Microsoft Excel
Mobile enough to manage urgent plant electrical/generator/production/RM difficulties
through external agencies
Skills:
Excellent in verbal and written English
Good communication skills with various outsourcing agencies, government authorities and
testing authorities
Excellent with Microsoft excel
Good at learning technology
Team player and art to get work done with team and external agencies
