We are OK with her knowing thoda English & speaking Hindi & Marathi language.

Responsibilities:Manage all accounting transactions.Prepare budget forecasts.Publish financial statements in time.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Ensure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.Report on the companys financial health and liquidity.Audit financial transactions and documents.Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.Comply with financial policies and regulations.Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.Requirement:Work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.Experience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degreeAdditional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plusExcellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills

Female- Salary range : 20 to 25k depending on candidate- Minimum Experience : 5 years- Full time work from 10 am to 6 pm- Candidates living near office address given below will be prioritised- Should have knowledge of IT, GST, TDS , e- invoice, e-way bill, bank reconciliation, Tally entries, BS & PL, etc- Preferable if already worked in metal market or import company
