Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel objectives.- Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings.- Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.Upsell and promote additional travel services, such as travel insurance, guided tours, or special packages.Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency.Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences in the CRM system.Desired Job Profile (Preferred Female Candidate)- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.Knowledge about the Multiple Destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Kashmir, Kerala & many more.- In-depth knowledge of various destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.- Strong understanding of travel booking systems and online travel tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and travel suppliers.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient computer skills and experience with travel industry software.- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy in booking and documentation.- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client needs.- Certification in travel and tourism or a related field is a plus.
