Provide details about projects, pricing, and availability. Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions. Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients.Candidate Requirements: Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills. Prior experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of local property market is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
