Ensuring that all the preschools are following the same rules, regulations, activities, norms and ethics set by SNEH Foundation Creating detailed annual and monthly syllabus which would be followed in all the preschools Creating the monthly reports, reviewing report cards, student progress records, student files etc. on a regular basis Training the teachers on various topics along with community based early childhood education Reviewing the students knowledge through surprise tests, visits or through casual interaction Maintaining all the records of SNEH preschools Reviewing the preschool inventories regularly and listing requirements of preschools whenever required Maintaining leave records of the preschool staff and ensuring smooth conduction of school in absence of the teachers Supervising the discipline, decorum, socio-behavioral parameters of students from all preschools and instructing the teachers for improvements accordingly
