Job description: Analyse manpower utility and suggest how manpower can be maximised so that pest control operation is kept fully occupied Ensure that any equipment that is not working is immediately need to inform Admin to repair Offer suggestions on how Operations efficiency can be improved and costs reduced Manage multiple teams of PCOs and Operations Staff Train and oversee work done by any junior Operations Coordinators / Executives Allocate work and responsibility for individual Operations Coordinators / Executives depending on Clients (i.e., MC, GP, Soil) and Regions Dealing and attending with any complaints that clients have appropriately and follow up on any necessary action Train both field staff and office staff on Pest Control Knowledge regularly via classes and workshops Checking the draft report prepare by Ops coordinator/Executive that need to be given to clients (i.e., Rodent Reports, Housekeeping reports, Structural defects Reports) Arrange the regular auditing of all major clients.
