Ensure invoices are generated accurately and promptly for customers and suppliers.12. Assist with payment tracking, reconciliation, and handling any discrepancies between invoicing and payment.13. Ensure products meet the companys quality standards before shipment to customers.14. Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless operations.15. Suggest improvements to streamline back-office operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.
