Responsible for Preparing and Managing Export Documentationcoordinate with Internal Teams for Production and Dispatch Planningcoordinate with Freight Forwarders and Logistics Partnersmanage Orders from Booking to Dispatch, and Track the Shipment Status.follow Up On Payments and Submit Payment Documents to the Bank.follow Up with Dgft / Customs Etc and Maintain Compliancebank Idpms/edpms Closureregular Updation and Communication with Customersskills Required Word / Excel

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Will be responsible for generating new business and developing freight forwarding and Customs Clearing Services (Air & Sea Imports & Exports)2. Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands on experience in sales and marketing of Freight forwarding and Customs Clearance services (C & F Import & Export) in Mumbai Market.3. Should be conversant with all documentation, operational formalities and procedures related to Freight forwarding and customs clearance services.4. Should be able to achieve targets.Skills & Competencies1. Should be a Good communicator 2. Good computer skills3. A team player, a outgoing and ambitious personality. Qualification / Certifications1. Graduate and above2. Basic Cargo & Valid DGR Certification would be an added advantage.

Required Experience and Skills -Export and Domestic Sales Experience-Cold calling and Industrial visits-Handle online leads for maximum conversions-Utilize the internet for generating offline leads -Proven record for achieving targets-Strategic planning for Business Developments -Metal Industry experience will be preferred (other field exp. also accepted)-Computer Skills like MS, Excel,PowerPoint-Minimum 2 yrs. experience

To generate new leads in global Market.- To explore business opportunities by sending Mass mails, Cold calls & establishing initial business communication.- Increasing brand awareness and market share in industry.- Identifying new business opportunities on the global level and establishing the Company & its products in the assigned countries.- Developing & implementing plans and strategies to achieve sales. Conduct Primary & Secondary market research related to Product, market potential, Competitor and price mapping. Co-ordination with existing Clients for getting new orders, for faster approval of documents and for payments related activities.Job Type: Full-time
