Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize the companys website performance to improve user experience and SEO rankings. Plan and create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Track and report on website analytics, campaign performance, and digital marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions for optimization. Manage and oversee social media platforms, including paid campaigns, content creation, and community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and product, to ensure consistent brand messaging. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram etc.) to meet business objectives and maximize ROI. Coordinate with external agencies when necessary, including ad networks and influencers. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, and email marketing. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp). Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to work on data-driven projects. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
