Urgent Requirement For Construction Estimator

We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and a degree in architecture or engineering. This full-time position requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Detailed Estimates:** Analyze project plans and specifications to create accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction.

- **Conduct Site Visits:** Visit job sites to gather data and understand project specifics, ensuring estimates reflect actual conditions and requirements.

- **Review Tender Documents:** Examine and interpret bid documents to identify and address any discrepancies or missing information.

- **Collaborate with Project Managers:** Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure budgets align with project planning and execution.

- **Update Cost Database:** Maintain and update a cost database to enhance the accuracy of future estimates based on past project performance.

- **Present Estimates:** Prepare and present cost estimates to management and clients, providing clear explanations of the basis for costs.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials, with the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
