€¢Technical qualification in Mechanical or Welding Engineering

€¢Knowledge in both Mechanical and Metallurgical engineering.

€¢Ability to read Engineering drawings and development of components for fabrication-by use of tools like AutoCAD.

€¢Operations background and Hands-On approach, must be able to follow Welding Procedures and instructions (Good Welding knowledge and welding/hardfacing ability),Be able to set-up equipment and adjust equipment to get the best c machine knowledge related to conventional Turning lathes, CNC lathes, and allied machining process.

€¢Proactive utilization of the existing resources (effective management and planning).

€¢Good people management, organizational and problem solving skills.

€¢Outgoing personality, in order to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.

€¢In the habit of working in a busy and complex environment.

€¢Willingness and ability to travel to visit Customers and to handle complaints if any..

€¢Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD etc.

€¢Good communication skills.

€¢Production

To deliver in full and on time Integra Welding/Hardfacing services in-house.

To ensure that all defined quality and maintenance protocols are followed, and that scheduled delivery dates are adhered to.

Liaison with Purchasing and Store regarding the ordering and receipt of all steel forging and machined parts ,Welding consumables, specifying minimum stock level items to Store.

Liaison with Purchasing and Store to ensure sufficient quantities of spare parts/consumables are held in stock to meet production needs.

To ensure the ERP system is maintained under your own area and utilized correctly. To ensure there is a system of continuous improvement in the maintenance processes and production capability.
