Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Strategy & QMS Leadership: Establish, implement, and maintain company-wide Quality Management Systems in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485).Process & Audit Oversight: Conduct internal quality audits, coordinate external vendor and client audits, and ensure swift resolution of non-conformances (NCRs).Root Cause & Failure Analysis: Lead investigations into product defects, customer complaints, and field failures using root-cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA).Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Oversee incoming raw material inspections, in-process quality control, and final release testing to ensure adherence to strict engineering and customer specifications.Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce scrap rates, rework costs, and process variations.Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate supplier quality performance, define incoming inspection protocols, and collaborate with vendors to resolve material quality issues.Team Leadership & Training: Direct and mentor quality inspectors, QA engineers, and technicians; conduct quality compliance training across production departments.
