Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from planning through completion.

Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Manage site execution activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance.

Review contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.

Identify project risks and implement corrective measures.

Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.

Ensure adherence to local building regulations, codes, and environmental requirements.
