Provide personalized guidance to students regarding their study abroad options,including academic programs, destinations, and cultural experiences3. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs that align with their academic goals and meet the requirements4. Maintain up-to-date information on academic programs, universities, scholarships, admission requirements and other resources relevant to studying abroad5. Inform students about scholarships and financial aid options to help them fund their studies abroad6. Collaborate with the operations department to ensure seamless coordination andsupport for students throughout the study abroad process7. Provide continuous support to students during their preparation for departure andthroughout their study abroad experience8. Build rapport with students and their families, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the process9. Stay updated on trends and changes in the field of international education and adapt counseling strategies accordingly by attending training sessions and other value-adding programs10. Implement cross-selling where ever possible like IELTS, Forex, Ticketing etc11. Participate in marketing and promotional activities like expos, fairs etc. to attract new customers to the company's services12. Follow up with previously enrolled students and gain reference leads13. Be active on online platforms representing the company and build work connections14. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate data and information and share the same with the concerned managers and team lead
