We have 4 branches in India-Kolkata, Pune, Jodhpur and Hyderabad.Job Description:The responsibilities would primarily include- Experience with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!- Upsell & will be responsible for guiding students related to admissions or process, Will resolve the queries of the students, etc.- Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.- Responsible for achieving business goals through effective counselling as per the timelines.Requirements:- Good Communication skills- Self-motivated & Confident approach- Assertive & Hardworking- Eager to learn and want to build career in sales.Training will be provided. ResponsibilitiesConducting counselling sessions with students.Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities.Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs.Creating academic and career development plans.Directing students and families to helpful resources.Guiding students through academic improvement.Helping students to develop transferable skills.Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions.Maintaining notes and student records.RequirementsEducation: Graduation.Experience: at least three years of counsellingLanguages: English-Hindi.Skills: written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentialityWork environmentFull-time in-office position, 48 hours per week.Supplemental pay (overtime and bonuses).Medical insurance, paid time off, holidays off, sick leave, daycare provisions, retirement fund and more.working Days: Monday to Saturdayworking Time: 10am to 7pmOffice location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune
