Admission Process HandlingManage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment.Schedule and coordinate school tours, entrance tests (if applicable), and interviews with the principal or coordinators.Ensure all admission documents (birth certificate, transfer certificate, previous report cards) are collected and verified.3. Follow-up and ConversionMaintain a database of all enquiries and regularly follow up via phone, email, or in person.Encourage enrolment by addressing parent concerns, offering guidance, and building trust.Meet admission targets and contribute to student intake goals.4. Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of all enquiries, walk-ins, applications, and admissions in the school management system.Generate reports on admission trends, source of leads, and conversion ratios for school leadership.5. CollaborationWork closely with academic heads, class coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Coordinate with the finance team for fee-related queries and payment plans.6. Marketing and OutreachRepresent the school during education fairs, community events, or tie-ups with preschools.Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on parent expectations and market trends.Assist with digital marketing efforts by contributing to content or social media activities.7. Customer Experience and SupportEnsure a warm, welcoming environment for prospective families.Provide post-admission support, helping new parents with uniform, books, transport, and orientation queries.RequirementsDegree - Any degreeExperience - maximum 3 years (in school, college, or counsultant)Salary - (20,000 - 30,000) per monthNote: If candidates have an prior experience in school or college admission is much better.

Advise and guide students on overseas study options, helping them select appropriate courses, universities, and destinations based on their academic background and career goals. Should have knowledge about study abroad admissions/country specific expertise for overseas admissions (add on). Manage the application process for students, including assisting with documentation, application forms, and submission deadlines. Provide guidance on visa applications, immigration regulations, and travel arrangements. Help students explore scholarship and funding opportunities for studying abroad. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions, addressing students concerns and helping them make informed decisions about their educational future. Resolving queries and issues related to admission study abroad product portfolio. Provide post-arrival support to students, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues they may face during their study abroad experience. Good communication skills and prior experience working as a counsellor. Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
