Job Description:1.Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes and course options (India & Abroad).2.Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.3.Provide accurate information about colleges, eligibility, and documentation.4.Maintain and update student records in CRM.5.Achieve monthly admission targets and support team goals.Requirements:- Good communication and convincing skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.- Prior experience in education counselling/sales is a plus.
