As the Hostel Warden, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and discipline of students residing in the school hostel.Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the overall functioning of the school hostel. Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of the students residing in the hostel. Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations. Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and academic success. Coordinate with school staff, parents, and guardians to address any concerns or issues related to hostel residents. Organize and oversee recreational activities for hostel residents. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the hostel facilities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and student behavior.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in a similar role, such as a hostel warden, Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Knowledge of student development principles and issues faced by adolescents.
