we are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our educational institution as a residential school hostel warden. as the hostel warden, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and discipline of students residing in the school hostel.

responsibilities:

• supervise and monitor the overall functioning of the school hostel.

• ensure the safety, security, and welfare of the students residing in the hostel.

• maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

• create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and academic success.

• coordinate with school staff, parents, and guardians to address any concerns or issues related to hostel residents.

• organize and oversee recreational activities for hostel residents.

• conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the hostel facilities.

• maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and student behavior.

qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• previous experience working in a similar role, such as a hostel warden,

• strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians.

• excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• knowledge of student development principles and issues faced by adolescents.

• flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
