We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our educational institution as a Residential School Hostel Warden. As the Hostel Warden, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and discipline of students residing in the school hostel.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the overall functioning of the school hostel.

• Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of the students residing in the hostel.

• Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

• Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and academic success.

• Coordinate with school staff, parents, and guardians to address any concerns or issues related to hostel residents.

• Organize and oversee recreational activities for hostel residents.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the hostel facilities.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and student behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience working in a similar role, such as a hostel warden,

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Knowledge of student development principles and issues faced by adolescents.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
