The ideal candidates will have a strong educational background, experience in teaching, and proficiency in creating educational materials. Candidates must hold a B.Ed. and M.Ed. degree, be fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, and possess excellent scriptwriting and audio recording skills. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Develop comprehensive and engaging scripts for e-learning modules in Science and Commerce subjects. Create detailed lesson plans, quizzes, and supplementary materials aligned with the curriculum. Audio Recording: Record clear and professional audio lectures and explanations in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Ensure high-quality audio production by using appropriate recording techniques and equipment. Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness. Review and Editing: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with educational standards. Update and revise content based on feedback from students, educators, and other stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and is free from errors. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and format across all materials. Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degrees. Specialization in Science or Commerce subjects. Experience: Proven experience in teaching at the high school level. Experience in developing educational content for e-learning platforms is highly desirable.
